Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase of Membership, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
No refund will be entertained in case of services availed related to Washing, Coating, PPF, Makeover treatment, and Add-on Services.
30% of the Membership card value will be deducted as a penalty. This penalty covers administrative costs, processing fees, and other expenses incurred during the issuance and maintenance of the membership. The penalty ensures that we can continue to offer high-quality services to all our members.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund request through the portal and the balance amount after penalty deduction will be credited back to the source within 3-4 working days.
