Services Provided
- 1. NIROULAS AUTOMATIC CAR WASH & DETAILING STUDIO (referred to as "the Center") agrees
to provide car washing services to the customer in accordance with the chosen package or
service requested.
- 2. The Center reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed unsuitable for
washing due to condition, size, or other reasons that may pose a risk to our equipment
or personnel.
Payment
- 1. Payment for services rendered is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
upon.
- 2. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods. Prices are
subject to change without notice.
Damage Liability
- 1. While utmost care will be taken, the Center will not be liable for any damage to
antennas, wipers, mirrors, or any other loosely attached or aftermarket parts.
- 2. The customer acknowledges that the Center will not be responsible for any damage
caused due to pre-existing conditions or loose/broken parts on the vehicle.
Lost or Stolen Items
- 1. The Center is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged inside the
vehicle during the car washing process.
Completion of Service
- 1. The estimated time for service completion will be provided but may vary depending on
the package selected and the condition of the vehicle.
- 2. The customer agrees to collect the vehicle within a reasonable time after completion
of the service. Additional storage charges may apply if the vehicle is not collected
promptly.
Refund Policy
- 1. Refunds will only be issued in the case of a service not rendered or if the customer
is dissatisfied with the service provided.
- 2. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the service and are subject to review
by management.
Customer Responsibility
- 1. The customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the vehicle's
condition, including any special instructions or concerns before the commencement of the
service.
- 2. It is the responsibility of the customer to remove any valuable items or belongings
from the vehicle before handing it over for service.
- 3. The customer is kindly requested to utilize the designated customer lounge area
during the service period and refrain from engaging in conversation or interfering with
the Service personnel. This measure ensures a safe and focused working environment for
our team. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.
- 4. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the consumption of alcohol, tobacco, pan
masala, or the act of chewing and spitting any such substances within the vehicle or in
the service area's vicinity is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may
lead to immediate service termination without refund. Furthermore, the service provider
reserves the right to take additional measures, including legal action, as deemed
necessary under the jurisdictions of Jalpaiguri.
Safety and Conduct
- 1. Any aggressive or abusive behavior towards the staff will result in the immediate
termination of services and may involve legal action.
Modification of Terms
- 1. The Center reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior
notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Center's website
or premises.
